Zotac ZBOX BI329 new miniPCs with Intel Gemini Lake processor
Zotac has just presented a new series of miniPC’s under the name of Zotac ZBOX BI329Even though they have active ventilation, they promise to be very quiet. As expected, it is a compact team of only 188mm x 188mm x 44mm with the usual design of this brand and which includes as a novelty an 8th Generation Intel processor soldered on the board.
Processor, RAM and storage
The mini PCs of the family Zotac ZBOX BI329 include the recent processor Intel Celeron N4100, a chip with four x86 cores capable of reaching 2.40 GHz in turbo mode and that includes an Intel UHD Graphics 600 GPU with 12EU that is capable of reproducing video up to 4K @ 60fps resolutions. For RAM of the type DDR4 2400Mhz We have 2 SODIMM slots where we can install up to 8GB, while at the storage level we have a SATA3 port with an internal bay for a 2.5-inch SSD. This SATA3 port is not present in the version of this Zotac that includes Windows 10 pre-installed, it is replaced by an M.2 port.
Regarding wireless connectivity we have WiFi BC Dual-band with external antenna, Bluetooth 4.2 and at the port level includes 2 USB 3.0 ports, a USB 2.0 port, a USB Type-C, SD card reader, network connector Gigabit and VGA, DP and HDMI 2.0 video outputs that allow video output up to 4K resolutions at 60fps.
