BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe, Hasbro Inc. (an international gaming and entertainment company), Outright Games (a leading interactive entertainment publishing company for the whole family) and Coatsink (a British developer) have announced the launch of TRANSFORMERS: BATTLEGROUNDS for consoles and PC. This new take on the international blockbuster Transformers franchise invites players to dive into intense tactical combat and enjoy an original story that fans of all ages can enjoy. TRANSFORMERS: BATTLEGROUNDS is out now for Playstation® 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch ™ and PC (digitally).

TRANSFORMERS: BATTLEGROUNDS is a new tactical combat game that features the favorite characters of fans of the Transformers franchise, such as Bumblebee, Optimus Prime, Grimlock, Starscream and Megatron, who will battle for control of the vital spark in both the mode for a player as in cooperative mode. Combat will unfold on a variety of levels, including locations such as Central City and Cybertron, where players will have to take command of their squad and fight together to save (or destroy) the galaxy.
Players will be able to choose between the Basic Edition and the digital deluxe edition of the game. The Digital Deluxe Edition contains the base game of the Base Edition and adds various cosmetic elements for the characters, such as four new skin packs and the exclusive CUBE arcade game mode. In CUBE, Autobots and Decepticons will face each other in four arenas to “capture the cube.” They will have to use their special abilities to gain control of it.

- From Earth to Cybertron. Fight in cities, forests, deserts and beyond in explosive missions.
