Just over a week ago, Xiaomi made the Mi 11 international, its most advanced flagship and the one that already competes with other high-performance phones with Snapdragon 888, Exynos 2100, Kirin 9000 processors and, of course, the famous A14 Bionic of the iPhone 12. Xiaomi has not yet revealed anything official about this smartphone, but there are many details about its features and technical specifications, so we already know some things about this terminal. The Xiaomi Mi 11 was released in December last year with a curved screen and narrow bezels. It also came with a hole in the screen located in the upper left corner for the selfie camera. The Mi 11 Lite, according to what we can see from the rendered images, it is a terminal that has the same front design, but this one, instead, will have a flat screen, so the screen-to-body ratio would be lower in this case. Still, this may be better for a large number of users, since curved panels, while more premium at first glance, are less practical on a day-to-day basis, being to some extent guilty of ghost touches.

The rear module of the Mi 11 Lite is also almost identical to that of the original Mi 11. It seems that Xiaomi wants to squeeze the design of this series throughout 2021, so we could also be receiving it in other models, although that would be unlikely, since we are talking about its most advanced flagships.

The mid-range terminal camera system has three sensors: the main one, the wide angle and one for macro shots (presumably). The LED flash is also included in this. The resolution of these is still a mystery, but it is said that the configuration could be 64 + 16 + 5 MP. We will confirm or refute this later.

Since we don’t find a fingerprint reader on the rear panel, and there’s no indication that it’s located in a side frame, we deduce that the screen is AMOLED technology and not IPS LCD, so it would be embedded below it. In addition, the diagonal of the phone could be 6.5 inches, while the resolution would not be higher than FullHD +.

Regarding the performance of the phone, Xiaomi would implement a Snapdragon 700 series processor chipset under the hood of this model, but not the Snapdragon 765G, since we saw this SoC in the Mi 10 Lite.
