The Galaxy S7 will be water resistant but … how resistant?

There are a little less than two weeks until Samsung presents us at MWC 2016, actually before, the future Samsung Galaxy S7 and Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, the two devices that will take over from the already best phone of 2015, the Samsung Galaxy S6. This year it seems that Samsung has put the batteries and will launch the most complete Samsung Galaxy to date but we have yet to see it to confirm that this time it is.

I think it would take a long time to discuss this but we firmly believe that it is and that it is the best they have done to date. Of course, the Samsung Galaxy S7 seems to be on the way to being the best or one of the best phones of 2016 although we have yet to see the final performance of it. Yes, this Galaxy S7 will recover one of the characteristics of the previous Galaxy S6 replacement, water resistance.

But… what kind of water resistance does the Galaxy S7 have?

We still do not know if it will be waterproof (without immersion) like the Galaxy S5 was or if it will be water resistant with dives of up to 30 minutes As in the case of the Sony Xperia Z range. Of course, some documents have already been leaked on the web that show that Samsung phones have some waterproof elements mounted such as the SIM tray, a waterproof microphone and some things plus.

Of course, waterproof does not mean that the mobile is submersible so you will have to be careful with the prolonged dives of our brand new Galaxy S7. The filtration web is quite important since at the time it has managed to filter the screen sizes of the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge. We take this opportunity to remember that the S7 will mount a 2K display, a processor of the most powerful on the market, 4 GB of RAM and a new camera that will significantly improve photos in low light. Of course, the rounded shape of the Galaxy S7 reminds us of the Galaxy S3, is Samsung returning to its origins?
