Scorn – First-person horror is coming to Xbox Series X!

Creators Scorn will give us a horror movie for the new console from Microsoft.

As players explore the dream world in a non-linear way, they’ll soon learn that each location has its own story, puzzles and characters.

The visual inspiration is drawn from the paintings of the Swiss painter HR Giger and the Polish painter Zdzisław Beksiński.

On conference Inside Xboxthat took place a few hours ago, we saw the trailer for this game:

Concept sources come from works by exceptional writers such as Franz Kafka and Jorge Luis Borges, horror and science fiction writers such as Thomas Ligotti and JG Ballard, and films by David Cronenberg and David Lynch.

The team is excited to share more information and, most importantly, share the game’s release date with the world.
