Nubia X: all the information of the smartphone with two screens

Nubia is ZTE’s second brand, and at this rate, it’s going to look like the first. The firm today launched the powerful Nubia X in China and the truth is that this high-end looks very good and has gotten rid of the eyebrow in a very original way.

Instead of opting for a large notch, the X has chosen to include a second rear screen on the smartphone, perfect for taking photos with the rear camera in selfie format. The phone, with a 6.26-inch Full HD+ screen, enjoys a 93.6% screen on the front. There is no notch and the edges are very compact, the smartphone looks impressive.

Nubia X: Is all that glitters gold?

Waiting to know if there will be a global version or if it will reach the European market, the Nubia X impresses. The phone is equipped with a 5.1-inch HD+ rear screen with AMOLED technology integrated into the glass body and with eye protection. Its dimensions of 154.1 x 73.30 x 8.4mm let us see how compact it is, weighing just 181 grams.

We just need to add a powerful 16 MP rear camera with scene recognitiondual-tone flash, and a 24 MP secondary camera help enhance the experience.

Inside we find everything we can expect in a high-end: Snapdragon 845, 8GB RAM, Android 8.1 Oreo with Nubia UI 6.0 and dual fingerprint sensor on the side (yes, you read that right, dual fingerprint sensor so left and right handed can use it). It only remains to add a large 3800 mAh battery.

Full specifications of the Nubia X

We need to add some details such as the double side fingerprint sensor and a connectivity complete: Bluetooth 5.0, dual-band WiFi AC, Dual-SIM 4G, GPS + GLONASS, USB C and we assume NFC.

As for the software version, it arrives with Android 8.1 Oreos under the Nubia UI 6.0 layer and we hope that it will receive Android Pie soon.

Nubia X Price

Regarding the price and availability, you should know that it will be sold in China from November 5 and there is no data on when it will reach the global market. Its exchange price is not too expensive, although it does not stand out for being one of the cheapest.

You can find it in different colors: gray and black, gold and blue. What do you think of the Nubia X? We believe that it could make a difference, as it is one of the most impressive looking smartphones today. A pity that it does not have a fingerprint reader integrated into the screen, it could have been perfect.
