Get ParanodAndroid’s Halo-style Chat Heads notifications with Portal Floating Apps

For those interested in Halo-style Chat Heads notifications of the ParanoidAndroid we report Portal Floating, an application that has only recently arrived in the android market but which promises really well.

By installing it we will have on the screen one small bubble can be positioned anywhere, which will bring all the notifications received and will allow us to interact with them regardless of the program in use.
