Deep Down is still alive?

It looks like Capcom has not yet deleted this item. As we can learn from the web – the Japanese re-registered the brand “Deep Down” in the US on February 9. It is interesting because the game was announced in 2013, and the last materials (pictures) come from December 2014.

Let us remind you that it was supposed to be an action game set in a fantasy world. The first materials strongly resembled Dark Souls (but with stunning graphics).

Producer Yoshinori Ono mentioned back in 2015 that the game “has grown a lot” and we will have to wait for it. Is Capcom’s step a sign that the title is still in the works? We are waiting for official information from the studio.
